Specialty Anodes
(Lead, Tin or Antimony Alloys)
We manufacture speciality anodes in all shapes and sizes either with pure Tin, Lead, Antimony or combination alloy of these 3 materials mostly for hard chrome plating/ electroplating or chemical industry.
One of the criteria in choosing the correct anodes for a specific use is the surface area of the anode as a large surface area results in a more efficient process. Therefore we have a range of shapes and sizes from corrugated/wave to 12-point solid or hollow star anodes.
Extruded corrugated/wave anodes
- Our Corrugated /wave anodes have 5 ridges and gives a surface area of 21.70 cm2 per cm length.
- 40% More Surface Area than bar type anode.
- One of our best selling product.
- Standard lengths up 72”.
- Custom lengths up to 12 meters”.
Extruded 12-point solid or hollow star anodes
- 100% More Surface Area than a round anode.
- Light weight compared to a round anode with the same surface area.
- Custom lengths up to client’s requirement.
Extruded solid or hollow round anodes
- Custom lengths up to 17ft.
- Diameters available 20mm to 50mm.
Extruded Octagonal section anodes
- Custom lengths up to client’s requirement.
Ball Type Anodes
- Pure tin is used for our ball type anodes.
- Tin purity of 99.85% and 99.99% are available.
Sailboat and Yacht Accessories
Sailboat/Yacht Accessories Lead, with its high weight-to-volume ratio is ideal when used in the manufacture of ballast keels of sailboats to counterbalance the heeling effect of wind on the sails. For a given weight it occupies a small volume and thus offers the least underwater resistance which is a very important feature of sailboats/yachts.
Material Availability: All our keel/bulb castings are produced from high purity materials and are available in the following chemical compositions: Pure lead of 99.97% minimum. Antimonial lead alloys of up to 6% antimony content: Our fins are usually cast in Ductile Iron. Other alloy compositions are also available.
Boat Keels / Bulbs
- Our boat keels are cast in lead to customers’ specifications from patterns supplied by customers. Our casting technique ensures that there are no voids in the castings which may otherwise cause imbalance

- Our fins are cast to customers specifications from patterns supplied by customers.
Complete Keels
- Our expertise does not stop at the manufacture of individual fins and bulbs. We are also able to produce completed keels to customer’s specifications.
Lead Shot
- The advantage of using lead shot in ballast is due to its ability to fill in any shape.
- Sometimes it is more cost effective than custom molds and are packaged in 25kgs bags.

Lead Bricks
- Our lead bricks for radiation shielding are interlocking and up to customer’s dimensions and shapes.
- We machine our lead bricks to ensure radiation does not escape through the interlocking section/grooves.
Radiation protection doors
- We have vast experience in casting pure lead into radiation protection doors.
- It is essential there is no voids in the casting as radiation leaks through these areas where the thickness of lead is smaller in these areas.

Seismic isolation bearing are used in buildings, bridges, structures, etc. to withstand earthquakes. It comes in many forms and one of these is called Lead Rubber Bearing (LRB).
We supply the lead rod / core /plug for this device.
Pure Lead Rod/Core/Plug
- The purity of lead is essential for the mechanical properties required for the device to withstand the stresses during an earthquake. Therefore we only use pure lead with a minimum of 99.97% purity and ensure it by using our in-house testing facility for every batch delivered.
- We support our customers from sample/testing stage to mass production.

With our vast experience, we can produce lead and lead alloy castings of any size and profiles according to client specifications. Whether it is lead Ingots, plates, bars, pipes, coils, wires, weights or seals, as well as lead machined parts, we are able to manufacture according to customers’ specifications.
We use pure metals in the production of our range of lead alloys. To ensure consistent quality, we purchase the following raw materials from reliable sources for the production of our lead alloys :-
- Pure lead, minimum 99.97 % purity.
- Pure tin, minimum 99.85 % purity.
- Pure antimony, minimum 99.70 % purity.
Antimony Lead Ingots (2% - 6%)
- Ranging from 2% – 6 % antimony lead.
- Our antimony lead ingots are bundled in 42 pcs, weighing approximately 1 tonne each.
Pure Lead Ingots
- Our pure lead ingots are 99.97% minimum and are bundled in 42 pcs, weighing approximately 1 tonne each.
Lead Round Bars
- We produce lead or lead alloy bars to any diameter and length.
Lead Sheets / Plates
- We are capable of producing pure lead or lead alloy sheets / plates based on customer’s requirements.
Lead Profiles
- We cast lead/lead alloy into shapes according to client’s requirements. These can either be further machined or use as it is based on client’s discretion.
Lead Bars
- Our standard lead bars are 45mm (width)x 40mm (height) x 240mm (Length) and can be alloyed to customer’s specifications.
Lead Collar and Sleeves
- Our lead sleeves are seamless, there is no need to spend unproductive time in forming and soldering lead sheets into sleeves by using our ready made lead sleeves and collars.
Lead Strip / Wire
- Our lead strip/wire is 5mm diameter and can be manufactured from either pure lead (99.97% minimum) or a combination of lead + tin or lead + antimony alloy according to the customer’s specifications.

- Pewter is used for many decorative items.
- A combination of Tin, Antimony and Lead is used to produce pewter ingots.

As lead is resistant to some chemicals, it is used in certain chemical industries in place of steel pipes. Moreover, it is very easy to work with due to its soft property and low melting point for joining. Therefore, it is preferred in certain chemical industries.
